I used it hard on the way to 30D, 40D, 60D, NEX-3, NEX-6 and now the conversion to Fuji. It has been a grand decade and I look forward to the rest of your posts.Dwayne F.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07032059161503386028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4577546745078520453.post-58210749382343638692014-03-24T21:38:02.872-04:002014-03-24T21:38:02.872-04:00I also had the 50mm f1.8 Mark I a few occasions. When you are a gear addict, there is no sense of rationality!Lens Bubblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06445561503570800312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4577546745078520453.post-49058615658874614822014-03-24T15:55:29.701-04:002014-03-24T15:55:29.701-04:00Love the shot Megan. Always thought it was a little crummy until I saw the series II :-) my 50 came with my EOS 630 (a film camera) and all zooms I ever tried back then always looked low contrast and lacked depth. So I built a basis in primes early on. I still can't justify lenses like the 24-105 f2.8 ... perhaps that are great, but with just my 24f2.8 or my 50f1.8 I've been able to travel light :-) took me some time to get used to the changes in the look of the lenses when I got a 20D<br />obakesanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13743339737847465926noreply@blogger.com
