But with your samples I'm sure it covers my M4/3 sensor :)Paweł Dudkohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08836777011558371623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4577546745078520453.post-78938597526927880782013-05-22T22:07:18.727-04:002013-05-22T22:07:18.727-04:00Thanks jan, for the valuable information. Astro developed high-speed lenses for Cinematography (amongst others the Tachar and Tachonar - all highly collectible) and invented the transfokator, an early protoype of the zoomlens.

jansebenin(at)yahoo.com

They build projectionlenses for Siemens. Tank like quality. With 1:1,5 yours should be a 16mm film projector lens.

Great pictures - outstanding site - I learned a lot!

Thank you for your work!

jan sebeningnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4577546745078520453.post-82405062978654181262011-05-16T23:29:06.329-04:002011-05-16T23:29:06.329-04:00@macman: part of the fun of acquiring gear is the ...@macman: part of the fun of acquiring gear is the "thrill of a find". These old stuff appear in the market with no regularity, but persistence will pay off. I will most likely not sell mine, since it's not worth much to begin with. To me, what I can get out of this lens is worth much more than what I will get in terms of money. But who knows? If I ever want to let it go, you will be the first in line, if you still need one.Lens Bubblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06445561503570800312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4577546745078520453.post-78200454026899026642011-05-16T17:30:36.158-04:002011-05-16T17:30:36.158-04:00Love Love these pics and the lens...

When I did, it was with the autofocus lens. Perhaps I will give it a try later with projection lenses.Lens Bubblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06445561503570800312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4577546745078520453.post-20933372260145845282011-05-14T20:22:08.503-04:002011-05-14T20:22:08.503-04:00Yu-Lin, I'd be interested to see what the resu...Yu-Lin, I'd be interested to see what the resulting 720p or 1080p videos look like with some of these lenses. Wondering just what the funky bokeh would look like. Like would it be so busy swirling around that it would induce vomiting. :)Chester Chenhttp://jamcansing.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4577546745078520453.post-82558424325141341442011-05-13T20:36:36.297-04:002011-05-13T20:36:36.297-04:00@The Sound Gallery: You make me blush!
